Your role with us
- You’ll be working directly alongside our experienced Senior Controller, gaining valuable insights and hands-on experience in all aspects of controlling.
- You’ll contribute to the preparation and analysis of cost center and cost unit accounting, as well as to reporting processes.
- You’ll calculate and maintain cost rates, assist with pre- and post-calculations, and help evaluate products and projects.
- You’ll help keep our master data accurate and up to date, and work on continuously improving data quality.
- You’ll take part in business analyses and KPI reporting.
- You’ll manage your own small projects and conduct ad-hoc analyses on interesting commercial questions.
Your Expertise
- A completed degree in business administration – for example, with a focus on controlling, accounting, or finance OR a completed commercial apprenticeship.
- Some practical experience through internships, student jobs, or your first full-time position is a plus – but not a must.
- You enjoy working with numbers and have a good understanding of business processes.
- You have solid Excel skills and can quickly get up to speed with new tools.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) is an advantage – but not a requirement.
- Fluent German and good English skills.
