Your Impact

As a Software Engineer specializing in Image Processing and AI at iris-GmbH, you will:

Develop advanced software and complex image processing algorithms in C++ and Python.
Innovate new AI solutions for our iris' systems.
Test and validate software during development, including the creation of unit tests.
Maintain and service existing software to ensure reliability and performance.
Collaborate closely with your Product Owner to ensure on-time delivery of features.

Your Expertise

A degree in computer science, physics, mathematics, or a related field.
At least 3 years of professional experience in computer vision and AI.
- including CNN, RNN, LST and digital image processing methods.
Proficiency in C++ (17 and higher) and Python.
Familiarity with Git and Gitflow version control systems.
Experience with TensorFlow and/or PyTorch
Initial experience with Embedded Linux and algorithm development on embedded devices is desirable.
Good written and spoken German skills are a plus; fluent English skills are essential.
High self-motivation, a structured working approach, and a passion for continuous self-improvement.
Enthusiasm for new technologies and current trends.
