Continue your career path with us. At our location in Grenoble, France at iris intelligent sensing SASU, we are looking for an Inside Sales Associate.

Your Responsibilities

  • Prepare offers and process incoming orders.
  • Research, organize, and support tenders throughout the tender process.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, including Marketing, Product Management, Finance, Customer Operations, Quality, Production, and Shipping.
  • Maintain and manage customer data across systems.
  • Oversee the dunning process and communicate with customers accordingly.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with at least one year of professional experience in sales.
  • Knowledge in B2B sales, tender processes, and marketing plans.
  • Proficient in MS 365, CRM, and ERP systems; experience in public transport, telematics, or sensor technology is a plus.
  • Language proficiency: French (C1-C2), English (B2-C1); Spanish is a plus!
  • Skilled in advanced sales techniques, with a strong customer focus, intercultural competence, and solution-oriented approach.
  • Independent, reliable, and self-motivated team player, supporting Western European sales and marketing objectives directly with regional leadership.
