About the Role

You will support our General Counsel and provide legal advice across a broad range of topics such as employment law and compliance. You will be instrumental in managing NDAs, contracts, and corporate compliance issues while collaborating with various departments within the company.

Your Responsibilities:

Conduct legal research and provide opinions on everyday company issues
Manage contract administration
Review various terms and conditions
Review NDAs and contracts
Assist in employment law matters (previous experience is a plus; willingness to learn is essential)
Communicate with various departments on legal matters

Your Profile

Professional qualification as a business lawyer (minimum first state examination, or a Masters Degree in Business Law)
3 years of professional legal experience preferred, ideally in a corporate environment
Broad knowledge of legal issues
Strong willingness to familiarize yourself with employment law and data protection topics
Excellent communication skills in German and English
Ability to work effectively across departments
