Your Impact
- Negotiate contracts and manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closure.
- Effectively manage tender processes, ensuring timely submissions and compliance with requirements.
- Regular travel to meet with clients
- Collaborate with internal departments, including Marketing, Product Management, and Finance, to develop pricing strategies and sales plans.
- Maintain accurate customer records and manage dunning processes.
- Attend annual sales meeting in Berlin
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targets and expand market presence.
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
- Report to the parent company in Germany on sales performance and market trends.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to grow the customer base in target markets.
- Develop and maintain a strong network in the public transport sector.
Your Expertise
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Business, Marketing or Engineering preferred
- Experience in sales and managerial roles
- Extroverted with strong networking skills
- Well-connected within Sydney’s business community
- Background in public transport (preferred) or software sales
- Self-starter with strong marketing and customer awareness abilities
- 3-5 years of sales experience
