Your Impact

Sales Operations:
  • Negotiate contracts and manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closure.
  • Effectively manage tender processes, ensuring timely submissions and compliance with requirements.
  • Regular travel to meet with clients 
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with internal departments, including Marketing, Product Management, and Finance, to develop pricing strategies and sales plans.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and manage dunning processes.
  • Attend annual sales meeting in Berlin
Strategic Planning and Reporting:
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targets and expand market presence.
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
  • Report to the parent company in Germany on sales performance and market trends.
Market Expansion:
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to grow the customer base in target markets.
  • Develop and maintain a strong network in the public transport sector.

Your Expertise

  • Bachelors or Masters Degree in Business, Marketing or Engineering preferred
  • Experience in sales and managerial roles
  • Extroverted with strong networking skills
  • Well-connected within Sydney’s business community
  • Background in public transport (preferred) or software sales
  • Self-starter with strong marketing and customer awareness abilities
  • 3-5 years of sales experience
