For our main location in Berlin-Schöneweide, we are currently looking for a Working Student (m/f/d) in Dispatch – Customs & Shipping.
 
You want to gain hands-on experience in customs and shipping processes alongside your studies and gain insights into international goods flows? Then you’re exactly who we’re looking for!

Your Impact

  • Assist in the preparation and processing of customs and shipping documents
  • Maintain and update shipment and order data in our systems
  • Support the coordination of goods shipments (national & international)
  • Communicate with freight forwarders, service providers, and internal stakeholders
  • Take on administrative tasks to keep our Dispatch Manager’s head free

Your Expertise

  • Enrolled student (m/f/d), e.g. in Business Administration, Logistics, Economics, or a similar field
  • Interest in international goods flows, customs, and shipping
  • Careful, structured way of working and enthusiasm for organization
  • Strong communication skills in German; English is an advantage
  • Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel
