For our subsidiary iris SASU in Grenoble, we are currently looking for a Field Service Technician (m/f/d).
Your Impact
- Travel: Regular visits to our public transportation customers throughout France and occasionally across Western/Southern Europe.
- Service and installation work on our systems, including functional checks, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Customer training: Initial system introductions and product training for our customers.
- Support: Assisting with technical customer support.
- Teamwork: Close collaboration with our project engineers.
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training in the field of electrical engineering or mechatronics and/or certification as a state-certified technician.
- Solid PC and network knowledge.
- Experience in automotive and video technology is an advantage.
- Strong service orientation, communication skills, and enjoyment in interacting with customers.
- Excellent French and English skills.
- Reliable and independent working style.
