For our subsidiary iris SASU in Grenoble, we are currently looking for a Field Service Technician (m/f/d).

Your Impact

  • Travel: Regular visits to our public transportation customers throughout France and occasionally across Western/Southern Europe.
  • Service and installation work on our systems, including functional checks, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Customer training: Initial system introductions and product training for our customers.
  • Support: Assisting with technical customer support.
  • Teamwork: Close collaboration with our project engineers.

Your Profile

  • Completed vocational training in the field of electrical engineering or mechatronics and/or certification as a state-certified technician.
  • Solid PC and network knowledge.
  • Experience in automotive and video technology is an advantage.
  • Strong service orientation, communication skills, and enjoyment in interacting with customers.
  • Excellent French and English skills.
  • Reliable and independent working style.
