To expand our global team, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Regional Sales Manager – Central & Eastern Europe (m/f/d) to join our team based in Poznan, Poland. The ideal candidate will drive market growth, actively promote our products, and develop strong business relationships within Poland, Eastern Europe, and beyond.

Your Impact - Your Role

  • Develop and expand market share in Poland and Eastern Europe through partner sales and direct sales.
  • Actively market the group’s APC and CCTV systems for public transit.
  • Independently plan and conduct regular customer meetings to strengthen business relationships.
  • Support and represent the company at specialist conferences, trade fairs, and public forums.
  • Establish and expand business relationships within national and international sales networks.
  • Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and potential clients.
  • Manage customer relationships using CRM systems and maintain accurate data records.
  • Work closely with internal departments such as Project Engineering, Product Management, Development, Sales, and Marketing to ensure seamless business operations.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and sales performance.
  • Assist in pricing strategies and tender processes, ensuring a competitive market approach.

Your Expertise

  • A degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum five years of professional experience in sales or another role focused on building customer and business relationships.
  • Advanced knowledge of B2B and tender processes.
  • Experience in the field of public transport, traffic telematics, sensor technology, installation technology, or vehicle technology is highly desirable.
  • Strong technical understanding and ability to explain complex solutions.
  • Proficiency in MS 365 Tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM/ERP systems (e.g., IFS, Sales Force, MS Dynamics).
  • Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills – ability to build strong relationships, actively listen, and communicate ideas persuasively.
  • Intercultural competence – ability to work effectively in a diverse, international environment.
  • Solution-oriented mindset – proactive approach to challenges and problem-solving.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills – ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Resilience and stress management – ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism.
  • Fluency in Polish (C1 Level) and advanced English skills (B2-Level), both spoken and written.
  • Knowledge of German or another Eastern European language is a plus.
  • High willingness to travel across Poland and Europe as required.
